Zee Yuva has always entertained its audience with youthful and exciting content. The
channel’s popular show ‘Gulmohar’ which narrates some of the most uncommon and well
written love stories, is all set to celebrate the spirit of love amongst its viewers with its
upcoming story ‘Aaichi Sutti’. The story will revolve around the importance of a break for a
housewife or a mother who is working round the clock for her family. Kishor Chaugule will
play the role of the husband Divakar and Shruja Prabhudesai will essay the role of his wife
Sarla.
While we are constantly struggling to be on top of all merits in our professional and
educational work we tend to not acknowledge the one person who keeps us going and
makes sure we do our best, our mother. ‘Aaichi Sutti’ highlights the importance of our
mothers in our lives. Sarla is seen to be a homemaker while Kishor is a working man. Apart
from working round the clock for the family’s needs, Sarla too gets tired of her boring routine.
She often tries to speak to Kishor about this but he bluntly ignores the topic. Just like other
working women, Sarla too wants a break from her day to day house chores and wishes to go out on a holiday but her husband ignores her wishes and ends up upsetting her in the
